What is infrared Pilates?
Infrared Pilates uses radiant heat to gently warm the body from within, helping improve circulation, support mobility, and enhance muscle activation in our mat classes. The heat is designed to complement the workout—not overwhelm it.
How hot are the heated classes?
Our heated classes are designed to feel warm and energizing, typically around the 90–100°F range depending on the class and room conditions. You’ll feel challenged, but always in control.
Are heated classes safe?
Yes, for most people. Our classes are low-impact and designed with control and alignment in mind. We recommend staying hydrated, listening to your body, and taking breaks when needed.
Do I need experience to take a class?
No experience is required. We offer a range of classes from foundational to more challenging, and our instructors provide clear guidance and modifications so you feel supported from day one.
If it’s your first visit, you can learn more about what to expect on our first timers page.
What’s the difference between mat and reformer Pilates?
Mat Pilates uses your body weight (and sometimes props) to build strength and stability. Reformer Pilates uses a spring-based machine to add resistance and support, offering a different type of challenge and feedback.
I’m new to the reformer—where should I start?
We recommend beginning with our Reformer 101 Workshop. It’s a slower, instructional session designed to help you learn the equipment, understand the basics, and feel confident before joining regular classes.
How do I choose the right class?
Think about what your body needs that day. Looking for strength and challenge? Try Sculpt or Reformer. Want something slower and more restorative? Restore & Renew or Reformer Restore are great options.
You can explore the class descriptions above or reach out and we’ll help guide you.
